Friends, Family & Board games with Host.
Join us at Story Owl for a relaxed and lively board games night for friends and families. From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, we’ll play group games such as Codenames Pictures, Party & Co. and other easy-to-join games, with a host guiding the rules, keeping the pace, and making the evening more dynamic.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, and anyone who enjoys playful competition in a cozy bookshop-café atmosphere.

Is there an age minimum?
Yes. We advise the minimum age to be at least 8 years old so they can already read and understand the rules and gameplay.

How will it work?
There will be a main table where the Host will be conducting a game with all that are present. The main table will be rotating the games.

What games will we play?
On the main table you can expect family friendly games like: Party & Co., Codenames Imagens, etc. There will also be smaller tables for those who don't want to participate in the main table, or have arrived in the middle of an on going main table match.

What happens if I arrive late?
Don't worry! We will have multiple rounds of the main family games. While you wait you can start warming up with a smaller game like UNO or others that are available at the store.

Can I bring my own game?
You can and you should! That doesn't mean it will be played in the main table. It might, but maybe not. You can, however, play it with your friends in your own table. This also applies to any day at Story Owl!
