Book Club À Margem – 2º Meeting

Oh this monthly book discussion session, led by Lídia Martiniano Dias, we’ll be discussing the book ‘Borboletas que Bebem Lágrimas dos Crocodilos‘, by Aida Gomes — a collection of short stories and chronicles that spans Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde, and Brazil and asks: how many lives can fit into one? With humor and tenderness in a living, ever-shifting language, the author reveals what we share — the human, in both the good and the bad — in stories full of surprise and rhythm.
